I’m new in paddleing. Just bought a cheapy Viper 10 at Menards to see if kayaking is for me. I took it to Hall Creek at Krape Park in Freeport last week, and I hooked. Loved everything about it. Told my hubby it was like canoeing only better.
Trying to get hubby hooked to, but haven’t gotten him out yet. I’m a pretty busy mom of 4 and don’t have much time for driving to meetings and such. Have to make my time away count. I live in Leaf River IL so even driving to Rockford is a half day commitment. But I’d love to hook up with your club, and join, and do some trips with you folks. Please email me what I need to do, or when your next trip is. Thanks.
