Canceled do to high water – Kishwaukee Paddle on 4 July 2017

We are hosting a combined paddle with Prairie State Canoeists and State Line Paddlers on the Kishwaukee River from Bauman Park in Cherry Valley to Seth Atwood Forest Preserve on 4 July 2017.
We will meet at Bauman Park about 09:30, and plan to run the car shift by 10:00. If there is enough interest, the trip can be extended to the rest area on State Route 2 about ½ mile downstream from Meridian Road on the Rock River, and we will run car shuttles to both locations. Parking at Bauman Park is crowded on 4 July, so I suggest you arriving early. Also some people are going to have breakfast at Cherry Valley Café at 9 am as well if you are interested.
